Meet the Founders

Renate Berenett
Renate was born and raised in Oslo, Norway.
When she was younger, she was a former competitive dancer and a European Champion. When she retired at age 18, she ran a school of 200 members next to her Master of Science studies at BI Business School.
Now Renate works in Orkla Foods Norway, responsible for building the eCommerce business and a Key Account Manager team.
She believes that when more women lead, it creates diversity and the openness needed to improve decision-making and strengthen organizations at the core.
Renate is a graduate of Harvard Business School, where she achieved alumni status through their rigorous Program for Leadership Development in 2023.
Country Focus: The Nordics (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland)

Brooke Gocklin
Brooke Gocklin, a native of Gallipolis, Ohio, USA has practiced content marketing for the past 10 years in Tampa Bay, Florida. Brooke is passionate about cultivating creative communities where unique perspectives are not only welcome, they’re valued.
She is currently the head of content marketing at Contently, where she leads content strategy, brand positioning, and a team of creative writers.
Brooke is also an avid learner, with high achievement in her academic pursuits. A graduate of Ohio University, Brooke obtained her Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in Sociology in 2013. She received her Master of Mass Communication at the University of Florida in 2016.
Additionally, Brooke graduated from Harvard Business School, attaining alumni status through their rigorous Program for Leadership Development in 2023.

Nazik Ghukasyan
Nazik Ghukasyan was born and raised in Armenia, and now resides in the French countryside. As a seasoned professional in finance with experience in Bitcoin, her expertise in running successful finance teams precedes her.
Throughout her career in the financial services industry, there were very few women at the top, and she did not have many female role models.
As she moved up the corporate ladder, she committed to being a positive female influence and advocated on behalf of other women.
A graduate of the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School, Nazik is ready to share the knowledge she learned with motivated, young professionals.
